Carlsberg Gross Salary Scheme 2026

On 30 October, we are once again opening for orders on the Carlsberg gross salary scheme.

The gross salary scheme – in brief: through Carlsberg's gross salary scheme, you have the opportunity to order selected products for private use through your employer. Payment is made via your salary before tax, which can provide a financial benefit compared to a private purchase. In the ordering portal, you will find, among other things, mobile phones, IT equipment - all approved by Carlsberg.

What is a gross salary scheme?

A gross salary scheme is an agreement where you, through your employer, can order products or services for private use. The value is deducted from your salary before tax, providing a real tax saving – your 'discount'.

All categories and products are approved by Carlsberg, and mobile phones, computers and tablets are always covered by All-Care – coverage with no excess in the event of, for example, a cracked screen.

Example calculation for a mobile phone – save over 33%

Example: Apple iPhone 18 Pro 256GB

Mobile phone accessories

Accessories (AirPods, headsets, speakers, chargers and cases etc.) can only be ordered together with a mobile phone.

There is no residual value after 12 months.

Your tax deduction percentage therefore almost equals your discount on all the accessories you order.

E.g. the brand new Apple AirPods 5 ANC

Recommended retail price DKK 1,299

Your price after tax DKK 828

(Calculated at a tax deduction rate of 39.4%)

Taxation – what do you need to know?

📱 When ordering a mobile phone

You are automatically taxed on a company phone: DKK 3,500 per year (2026 rate), equivalent to approx. DKK 124 per month after tax.

This only applies if you are not already taxed on a company phone.

💻 Tablet, computer and accessories

Covered by the Danish Tax Authority's anti-avoidance rule: you are taxed at 50% of the new price annually, proportionally distributed over the income year.

The amount is automatically reported as B-income (excl. labour market contributions) by Carlsberg.

🌐 Fibre internet

You are automatically taxed on a company phone: DKK 3,500 per year (2026 rate), equivalent to approx. DKK 124 per month after tax.

This only applies if you are not already taxed on a company phone.

How to order – step by step

Opening

The ordering round opens on 30 October; check your personal email.

Access

Click the link provided to open the portal directly.

Order

Place your order no later than 16 November in the portal.

Delivery

Delivery takes place in the same month that salary deductions begin.

Ownership, cancellation and resignation

🏷️ Ownership

You do not own the products, but lease them during the period through your employer.

↩️ Cancellation

The agreement is binding for the period of 12 months, unless special circumstances apply (e.g. resignation).

Once the portal closes, your order is binding. You cannot subsequently amend your order or request an exchange of a product – so please double-check your order.

⚠️ Delay

Should your order be delayed for any reason, you will be contacted by the supplier with a new expected delivery date. Please note: salary deductions must start at the agreed time, even if a product is delayed. No compensation will be provided.

Buyout to private ownership

According to the Danish Tax Authority's rules, you must have the option to buy out products when the gross salary period expires – or upon resignation. You will receive an email from Employee Benefits 1–2 months before the period ends, where you must decide on buyout or return.

You can choose to pay by payment card, MobilePay or via Klarna, where you can split the payment into 1–3 months.

What can I expect from the buyout price?

The buyout price is assessed individually and is determined based on, among other things:

  • the market price of comparable used equipment
  • our experience with returned equipment
  • the expected resale value of the equipment

As a rule of thumb, the buyout price may in some cases correspond to approximately 1–1½ months' salary deduction before tax. The amount is indicative only, as the final price depends on the specific equipment and its market value.

Right of complaint

Upon buyout, you receive a 24-month right of complaint from the buyout date (does not apply to accessories).

🚫 No thank you! (That is also an option).

You can also choose to decline the buyout, meaning you have only leased the products during the period. If you choose not to buy out to private ownership, you will automatically be contacted regarding the return.

You will then receive a free shipping label.

Return must take place no later than 7 days after the end of the period.

Keep the original packaging!
